HOW TO DONATE TO OUR DESSERT/SILENT AUCTION

It's our YOOF ONLINE ALL-PURPOSE AUCTION DONATION FORM! Feel free to come back more than once if you have more than one item to offer. You will get a message after you click SUBMIT. Here's what it will say, so if you lose the screen, don't worry--here the information:

Please bring your dessert creations and other auction items directly to the Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall, Clovis North High School (2770 E International, Fresno) on Sunday February 21 between 12:00 and 4:00pm. All items should be packaged for sale. If you will need assistance, let us know in advance. All decorative items (cake trays, platters, china, glassware, whatever else you come up with) will be included in the package and will not return to you. Thank you!

  • You may submit as many forms as you want--we are just trying to get an idea of how many items to expect!
  • Want to change information? Don't worry--we can make changes when you bring your items in. Nothing is written in stone.
  • Have questions? Changed your mind? Whatever it is, just email us at office@youthorchestrasfresno.org. Thank you!
We will rename if that seems necessary, but we love those imaginative titles!
(Be specific and persuasive. Your lively wording may be used, though likely in edited form, in our auction materials. Recipes are also welcome.) Please be sure to mention if any food item contains peanuts or tree nuts. Thank you!
