The Painted Violin Committee was overwhelmed by the number and excellence of submissions this year. The selection process was unusually difficult, and they are grateful to all the talented artists who submitted sketches.
Finalists will be transforming their unplayable instruments, turning them into works of art, for the next few months. In the spring the finished artwork will tour regional galleries. We will keep you posted!
