String players need to have completed at least Book 2 of Suzuki (or equivalent), and have a basic knowledge of  positions.  Strings and Winds must be able to play at least several two-octave major and minor scales and need to have good sight-reading skills.  Winds must also be able to produce a good characteristic sound with all basic articulations.  Percussionists must be able to tune Timpani and must have a basic knowledge of mallets.

Rehearsals are 1 every Sunday afternoon from 4:00 pm - 5:45 pm, throughout the concert season. 

Rehearsal Venues:   All rehearsals will be in the New Music Building at CSUFresno, room 127. 

It is strongly recommended that the student be enrolled in his/her school music program if at all possible.
